Mommy and Me classes are offered for ages 2-3. You child learns early fundamentals of gymnastics and flexibility while having mom, dad, or a close relative tag along to help them feel emotionally supported and having a blast with alongside them.

Just kid and coach: your little one will explore our fun themed circuits independently while engaging fundamental movement patterns.

This class serves as a gentle transition for your little one into Beginning Girls. Training focuses on fundamental movement circuits with a little more challenge, and finishes with a big girl circuit to get them ready to move on up.

Appropriate for students moving up from our Kinder classes, or for first-timers ages 6+, this class is based around focused drill circuits covering three gymnastics events per week. Students will work toward achieving the skills required to move up to Intermediate Girls.

The skills covered in this class build directly on those established during Beginning Girls. Things get more complex - and more exciting! Staff approval required for enrollment.

For the dedicated student who completes the Intermediate Curriculum, this 90min class offers further opportunity to push her limits! She can now safely train skills involving more flight and more intricate combinations. Staff approval required for enrollment.
